What Does the Environment Mean to You?

Hello Friends!

Our JRPS education partners are hard at work developing an Environmental Literacy Plan for Richmond Public Schools, and we would appreciate your insight in the drafting process. This project’s primary goal will be to give RPS students a greater understanding and sense of ownership of their local watershed. The Education Team is hosting listening sessions throughout the City in order to hear what environmental issues matter most to the community. The goal is to build a plan that will be rooted in environmental justice and fittingly unique to our City. Below is a flyer with the dates and locations of the listening sessions; we would love to see you there. Your voice matters in this process.

There will be four separate sessions. You can come to one, or come to all four. Each session will be focused on the area of Richmond where that session is held. Food will be provided.

If you have a few minutes, please be sure to take the survey here https://live.metroquestsurvey.com/?u=bg5f5y#!/?p=web&pm=dynamic&s=1&popup=WTD and it will provide a preview to what will be discussed at the listening sessions.
