Science in the Park: Teacher Resources

Bringing students to the James River Park System in Richmond is an educational experience in itself.

Being on the river and showing students real examples of geological processes, common and unusual habitats, and fascinating plant and animal communities living in their own back yard can be a powerful tool to help students grasp many of the concepts taught in their classrooms. Please visit the park, either in person or virtually, to enjoy what the park has to offer you.
