Soliciting FOJRP
The Friends of the James River Park is fortunate to partner with many individuals, organizations, and companies to help promote our mission. In order to facilitate such partnerships, it is necessary that the FOJRP require potential partners (solicitors) to comply with certain guidelines and fill out an application form to officially request project consideration.

James River Park Conservation Easement
The James River Park Conservation Easement Baseline Documentation Report (BLD) was prepared in November 2008 in support of the initiative to place a conservation easement and permanent protection on parcels of the James River Park.
A BLD is the record of the conservation values identified in the easement and the relevant conditions of the property used to monitor and enforce the easement. The BLD establishes the physical limits, buildings and structures, roads, features and conditions of the property to be conserved at the time of the recordation of the conservation easement.
